Planning and Coordinating
By your side down the exciting path of planning your event, we will develop a budget and step-by-step timeline touching on every element of your exciting day. We will save you hours of hassle and research by recommending a few venues that best fit your style and budget. We will also spare you the stress and frustration of contacting and interviewing vendor after vendor by giving you our list of preferred contractors that we feel best match your style and budget. Once we’ve agreed on a budget, secured a venue and contracted your vendors, we will work with you on decorations, florals, party favors, etc. Shortly before the event, we will meet to collect any items you may have for the event. If your event is a wedding, we will work with your officient and help coordinate the rehearsal. The day of the event, we will arrive early, help with set-up and decorating, meet all vendors and coordinate the event.

Design and Décor
At Affairz, our goal is to design a theme for your venue that reflects your personal style. We can provide decorating services at any level to meet your needs, including all of the materials and décor, set-up of items you provide, and cleanup at the end of your event.

Floral Design
Floral designs and arrangements at your event are an important expression of your personality. They help create the ambiance and theme of the day. At Affairz, we work with you to develop floral arrangements, which reflect your personality as well as style- using the flowers and colors you love, while keeping your budget in mind.
